My HP printer never prints the second document, can anyone help?

I have deleted it, updated it, reloaded it, trouble shot it

This has gone on for months now

I have to unplug it for about 5 mins and plug it back in then start again

Any hints or tips? before it goes out the window

have you ticked the All pages or is it stuck on print page 1?

I prints the first doc whether 1 page or 80 then doesn't clear delete it so the next doc never gets printed

If you turn the laptop off (well close it) then when you open it the first doc prints again

There are 4 laptops in the house and it happens on all of them

Googled the problem and found this. Looks a bit complicated, but have a look. HP

I ended up with about 17 windows open each doing something different

But I just printed 2 docs - let's see if it works tomorrow!
