I have a gmail account and all my photos from my phone get saved to gmail. However I have only had it 2 years and I have loads of photos from before then, kids, holidays etc. They are on a mixture of memory sticks, old laptops , hardcopy albums and an external hard drive. Where can i put them that's all in one place and safe incase of fire or flood? I'm thinking of making 2 copies of everything onto memory sticks and keeping one set at my parents and one at mine but that would take a long time to do and I feel there must be an easier way.

We have unlimited cloud photo storage with our Amazon Prime account - everything goes up automatically and we can access it on our phones/tablets/laptops and even our TV. Works for us - there are limitations with video capacity though. Good luck!

Thanks Lennie. Aren't you then tied to Amazon so you would lose all your photos if you don't keep your prime account?

Yes, I suppose it does - I anticipate maintaining that account anyway. I would imagine that would be the case with most providers, one way or another. Good luck finding the right solution for you!
