How do I change the @AJones next to my Twitter handle? Let's say my handle is TwitterGal, when I tweet or reply it shows

TwitterGal @AJones

I've tried going into edit profile but can't see an option to edit the @AJones bit

Just to get the terminology right, if it is showing TwitterGal @AJones, AJones is your handle (or username) and TwitterGal is your name according to your profile.

To change your username, click on More on the left of the screen. A menu will appear. Click on "Settings and privacy". On the screen that appears, click on Username (under login and security on the right of the screen). You can then select a new username. Once you have done so, click Save and you are done.
