Bugger, am stuck.

littlelapin I just read the link - thankyou very much for that - but it doesn't appear to relate to datasticks. Its deffo not in the recycle bin, and I don't think I can back it up in any way as its on my laptop which isn't on any sort of server.

Right, I have searched for the missing folder and its no where to be found. I have pulled up all 'hidden' folders and its not there either.

I ave phoned my brother in New York and woken him up (oops). He suggests downleading some restoration package, which littlelapin, your link also suggested, so I will have to try that when I get home later and can access the internet.

Bugger.

Was meant to have a meeting at 4pm today and needed this stuff for that.

Am soooooo stupid. :-(
