Surely this isn't right? Leaving me 10 days without internet?
It's so frustrating as I was on the phone to India for over an hour and had to really concentrate as to what they were telling me ( not just a very hard accent for me but a very mumbly one, plus a fuzzy line , as I have sensory issues) I didn't get the bit about it being 10 days until they phoned back to confirm a new modem would be sent out in 10 days. Why so long?
What am I meant to do TIL then. I've bought extra data on phone.
I have a child with sen and we rely on her tablet when she needs to calm down .
Plus I work from home. Bugger.
