I need help please - How do I transfer an email attachment of music to my mobile

Exactly as the title says really
I have been sent a few ringtones by my friend via email and now I have no idea how to get them to my phone! I have plugged in the usb cable but that is as far as I can get. Can anybody help me please?

Did you get software with your mobile? With mine I have a little transfer centre thingy, hat came on a disc with the phone, and its really easy to grab stuff from pc file and move it into phone file from there.
Without that I wouldn't have a clue either am afraid!
