Possible hacked hotmail. Cant access account

Can anyone help with how to get back into my account? I've done the reset form and apparently my information isnt good enough I'm locked out for 24 hours but even when that passes I still won't be able to get back in? It's slowly driving me mental

I had this a few weeks ago I bought my son a new phone connected it to our WiFi and instantly got an email from hotmail about possible hacking (may be a coincidence). I had to change my password about 3 times before I could actually get in.

It was driving me insane! Finally did it. But their chat page was useless!!
