Upgrade Windows 10 from 32 bit to 64 bit

I have Windows 10 32 bit on Parallels, on a MacBook Pro.
I want to find step by step details of the process of upgrading to 64 bit.
Parallels were not very helpful, and Microsoft similarly not able to help.

There is no upgrade path. You install a new 64 bit Windows build
