How to play all my CDs?

My DH recently died and we have 100s of CDs in drawers/garage/wardrobes, but nothing to play them on anymore. I really want to play them when I'm around in the house as a memory of very happy times. However the technology has left me behind . What would be your recommendations? Many thanks x

Do you have any speakers, amplifier etc in the house, if so you can connect a small CD player to them, otherwise just buy a portable player.

The alternative is to download them all to a computer and play them through that but it's very time consuming!

If you have a DVD player, that may also be able to play CDs. Just stick one in and try it.
