Arghhhhhhhhhhh where's me toolbars gone?

Ok, daft bint that I am, I've somehow managed to make my toolbars go off page, ie when I scroll to top of page it comes back but then I close myself out of windows. Please someone tell me how to fix it. Pretty please.

press f11 as first resort.

Turn off pc and turn back on

Grrrrrrrrrr to tun off and tun on, it takes so bloody long, will try f11.

Oh and my keys ae wonky.
