Can anyone recommend a reasonable (aka cheapish) progamme for the Mac that I can get to design a logo for my new business? I just need a programme that I can use to design a simple logo that I can then send to printers for business cards, stickers etc etc..

Anyone any ideas? I know that the big design programme for Macs is Quark, but that's about £900..

thank YOU!

I use Adobe Creative Suite - ie Indesign / Illustrator / Photoshop but they ain't cheap either.
Check Mac magazines - they often have little design programs free on their cover disks.

Thanks Mrs B. Good idea on freebie discs, and I'll look through dh's collection of such things as well! Adobe is about £700 although we have already got photoshop though so it might be cheaper to add illustrator and indesign. hmm.

Thanks for your help.

tbh you can do most things in Photoshop, esp etxt-based logos, and even export paths if the printers want vector graphics...
