My DS12 has just bought some Airpods. He loves them but we are having an issue with the volume. When he takes them out if the case and they connect, he starts a video and the sound is very loud before settling down. I'm not sure if they settle down themselves or when he turns the volume down on his phone. Think he has had to turn his media volume down on the phone anyway but it still does it. I've told him to not put the Airpods in straight away and only when the volume has settled but obviously that's not ideal. His dad has said something about going into settings and software info then Built. Something about developer mode. DS has a Samsung so not sure if that is affecting it. Any ideas?
