My husband has set up Google home mini devices in various places through the house. Just wanted a place to share tips and tricks.
So far it recognises my voice but seems to have trouble fully authenticating me. I use it as an intercom to call the kids to dinner and nag them to do chores. We've had to change our music set up which is a bit annoying but will work well in the long run. I've got him a few additional bits for Christmas (Nest video doorbell) so he can have some more fun once it is professionally installed. 
I'd really like to be able to add directly to my shopping basket but not sure how to do that.
Anyone else got these fellas?
