Viewing a message that outlook has put on a spam report

Outlook has put an email I really need on the "daily spam report", I can see the sender but thats all, does anyone know how to open the message-have tried online help etc hoping mumsnet is better!

add the sender to your safe list then the message will get through...

..go to Actions/Junk Mail/Junk Mail Options click on the safe senders tab and add the email address that this email you really need comes from.
