Mobile phone 4g/connection issues. Please help

I’m at my wits end.
I’m with EE. For the last 3 weeks my 3G/4G just refuses to work for a while. It comes and goes through the day and only works when I ‘reset’ the connection using a method the EE tech ppl told me to do. It means going into the mobile data turning off network selection choosing Vodafone waiting for no signal and then switching back to automatic selection. Total palaver and I have to do that 10-15 times a day!

They have told me there is an issue with their mast around here but everyone else at my house is on EE and seems fine.

On top of that my WiFi doesn’t work at times either which can’t be an EE issue?

Again only me affected. I’ve cleared all my history and data and don’t keep any programmes/apps open in the background.

Is it my phone that’s the problem? And how the heck do I fix it?
