Just wondering how you find it really? Looking on their website, and some really good contracts, but not sure how good they are, as only used vodafone, t-mobile etc before.

Thanks

Support for 3 is run by the BNP.
They put on fake Indian accents and screw you around in an attempt to make you hate Indians.

The reception is pretty crap as well.

it depends on where you live really, most of the country is now covered by a 3g network, so you would be able to use facilities such as video calling. If you arent in an area that has 3g coverage then 3 use orange as a back up network so you would still be able to make and recieve calls and texts.

If you go into your store they should be able to tell you what the coveragev is like and if they lie then you can take fone back.

I have no experience of call centres, although i have to say having worked in telecoms for past 7 years i never heard that they are run by BNP

I'm on 3 network and it is fab. No problems here. Good value for money and I ahve never been anywhere with no coverage.

Think DC is pulling our legs about BNP.........

Yes, my point about the Indian call centre is that they are so crap, that you can't tell whether they are doing it on purpose.

Piffle · 25/06/2007 20:30

DC don't be so harsh
They flal over themselvs to be so polite it takes you 45 mins just to find out one thing
I personally loved being told "for you a dear and precious important customer of our 3 company we have for you some great discount and new phone"

And have found them to be fine tbh and coverage is great prices are great.

Have two phones with them, would reccomend them to anyone, excellent service, always good on their cashback offers you get it direct rather than having to send away and claim it, but only if you go to them direct, call the fantastic indian call centre and they will offer you all the deals without telling you that you must sign up today or miss out, i am on 15 quid a month for more calls and texts i can use
