Windows 10 update has broken my laptop! Please help if you can!??

Hi - basically it updated this morning and seems to have 'lost' my hard drive / profile everything! I have googled what to do and after lots of attempts am now restarting in safe mode with access to networks.

Its restarted but is going through the updates again.

It wasnt a very expensive laptop but I cant afford a new one plus all my photos etc are there.

What can I do!??

This happened to one of our laptops. I contacted microsoft and as it happened following one of their updates they did everything to put it right. It was a pain and took days of phone conversations and remote takeover of the laptop but they fixed it. Hope you get it sorted.
