It has been doing it all day and is now making me angry, we are on broadband so this should'nt happen, should it?

Dd2 has been tapping the keys on the key board this morning, could she have done something to it?

I doubt its your dd's fault, we have days like that and I think its something faulty but actually its just the connection down and sorts itself out.

I'm sure someone will have something more techy to say but I would personally walk away from the computer until you've calmed down as I usually want to punch mine til its insides fall out on days like this

I am with virgin and my broadband is forever breaking down as is my mums who is also with virgin.

We are changing soon as our tv does similar.

throckenholt · 16/06/2007 18:04

have you had thunderstorms in the area ? That come sometimes cause problems. It is usually a good idea to disconnect the modem when there is thunder around - we had one in our laptop killed during a thunderstorm.

Our tv and sky have been playing up too. Maybe i should just turn it off.
