Bear with me here, I'm old and know v little about technology.
I got a new Samsung android tablet for DH today and am trying to set it up for him.
He's older than me and knows even less.
He wants to use Skype on it and that app is already on the tablet.
When I try to register on it for him, I get to a page which wants me to add extra details, dob, country of residence etc.
The options to select should be in drop down boxes.
I tap the boxes but nothing drops down and there is no virtual keyboard to enable me to input the info manually.
I cannot progress further with his registration as I cannot complete the page.
Any ideas?
Can I remove this app - presumably put in at the factory, and reload it, - or not?
