New broadband provider/router now can’t access cctv remotely?

Have changed from sky broadband to Vodafone fibre line active today, all working ok except have plugged cctv in via Ethernet cable and tp link as it was before is working on tv but can’t access on phone anymore saying login failed. Have double checked all cables etc , have rebooted DVR
Is there something I need to change in the settings? Confused hoping someone knows about this stuff save me a long phone call to Swann!

I would assume the IP address of the CCTV DVR has changed, so while you can see the screen when connected directly to the DVR your other devices don’t know what to connect to,

You should be able to see what the IP address is from when it is connected to your TV, then make sure all your apps have the right IP address

I had this problem a few weeks back with our Swann system, we hadn't changed anything but it suddenly started saying login failed.

I deleted the app and restarted my phone, then reinstalled it from scratch again and it worked!! I think it's an app problem as it's still slower logging in than it used to be.
