CyberLink Power 2 Go 4................Should i Register????

It came with the computer, its asking if i want to regester.

Im not sure if i should. I mean will it slow the computer down? Is it any good? My dad says if it comes with the computer then its prob crap, but neither of us really know much about computers.

i use some of the cyberlink progs that came with computer but i dont think i have ever registered it,is there a register later button? i dont ever register anything unless i have to.
