Argghhh Apple Update trouble — please help.

My iPhone 7 updated to iOS 11.3.1 overnight and now I can’t seem to connect to use mobile data — WiFi is fine but out of the house I can’t get online, access email or WhatsApp

Mobile data is turned on.

I’ve turned the phone off and restarted it

But still no joy 😡☹️

Anybody know how to sort this?

Have you tried removing the SIM card and putting it back in, may work, probably worth a try

I agree, try removing and reinserting the SIM. Also, in settings, check that the carrier selection is set to automatic and that it's showing your phone number.

When you say you've turned it off, did you do a hard reset or just off and on again?

All sorted.

Thanks for your suggestions, but it turns out it was actually a credit problem
