App to set limits throughout the day on Amazon Fire

DS2 is autistic, non verbal with severe learning difficulties and obsessed with YouTube, which he will watch all day on his Amazon Fire if we let him. We want to find a way of limiting his time, ideally with an app which we can set for periods throughout the day, eg 8-10am, 5-6pm etc. as he’ll accept that more readily than us telling him. I can only find apps which set an overall time limit. Does anyone know if what I’m looking for exists?

How old is he? If you turn on the kids settings, there are options to limit time on different things - video, apps etc. There may be a way to get it to work for you?

He’s 15, but operating at a 2-3 year old level in most areas. There doesn’t seem to be a way on the kids app to set time periods during the day.
