Not sure whether this would be better here or in one of the work topics but here goes...
Has anyone here been to the Women of Silicon Roundabout conference (or any of the other Women in Technology conferences)? If so, was it worthwhile?
I'm an experienced but not-very-senior software engineer and after 2 lots of maternity leave and working part time I'd like to try to get my career back on track. I was hoping the InspireMe/EmpowerMe tracks of this year's conference might help me but I'd need to make a convincing case to my company to persuade them to pay for me to go, so the more anyone can tell me about it, the better.
