Reclaiming Bank Charges

Have decided to claim back all my bank charges. Downlaoded the template letters off Moneysavingexpert but I can't find where I am meant to send it too. Does anyone know!

I sent mine to the customer relations dept, not sure if that right but that is where complaints are dealt with, i also sent it recorded delivery.

I just rang my bank (Natwest) and they advised to send it direct to my branch bank manager.

Oh crap! i am with natwest too, but thought i be best off sending it to customer relations, they should still deal with it shouldnt they? i put all my account details on it of course.
