Minecraft on ipad crashing

Help! My daughter's minecraft on her ipad keeps closing down with no warning while she is using it. Any ideas what we can do? I think it is called 'pocket edition' when it is on the ipad?

Close all the apps and restart the iPad. If that doesn’t work then you can try uninstalling the app the reinstalling. Also check for any updates as there have been iOS updates recently and lots of apps have had new versions released.
