DD has a new Lap top (Apple). She has downloaded Flash as she is doing an online course. flash wouldn't load although it says it has been successful but when she tries to run her programme it says Flash is not downloaded or the browser is blocking Flash. Any ideas please, she has now missed her first tutorial.

What web browser is she using? Many of them block flash, I think Safari does by default. She may need to download an extra plugin, or find a different browser which supports flash

This tells you how to authorise it. I googled the question lol.

I see you're having the same problem with Apple and Safari as I just had with Windows 10 and Edge, which I have to use for work.

The issue with flash started after a major update. Very frustrating as I can see I have up to date flash intalled and authorized, but this article found the fix (scroll right down I think)

I found the little jigsaw icon and enabled flash on the site it wasn't working for. Possibly something similar on the browser bar for DD?

Thankyou all, got it working.
