I have got my phone back from repair today and I'm trying to restore.
It's asking for my Samsung ID. I don't know it so it tries to recover.
I've put my name and date of birth in and it says it's incorrect.
I put my password in originally and it says it's wrong.
I tried setting up a new account but it says the email is already in use!
Any ideas anyone please?
