Laptop causing wifi crashes, HELP!

I am not at all techy recently bought a laptop and whenever it is on my wifi crashes. I've read it may be something to do with windows 10. Anyone had this problem. How can I fix this

I've got on the phone to currys this morning. Thought I'd update in case anyone ends up with the same issues. They told me to go into device management uninstall everything under 'network adapters' then restart. So far so good.

Well i spoke to soon, updating bios now and if that doesn't its got to be taken back to store
