Anyone use Expensify?

I need to get my boss and whole team on it for work.
I'm old and not tech minded.
Where shall I start?

Before you rush into it check and see if they got VAT sorted out.

I'm not worried about the vat issue - I just want a system where the team (mainly my boss) can scan everything and send it to me to collate.
Our accounts department don't want to use it so we wont be taking full advantage of the features.
I'm trying to find an idiot's guide to get me started.
