Ds will be starting a new school and emails from the office keep going into my junk folder. Iv added the email address to my contacts but it hasn't made a difference. Does anyone know how I can stop this happening?

You can try adding a filter. How you do that depends on the email system being used. Gmail has an easy filter system, click the gear icon and then settings, filter, create filter.

Normally if you click on an item in Junk you should have an option to say 'this is not Junk' but as nannynick says, it depends a bit on your email provider and your email application. Do you look at your email through a web browser or an email application like Outlook? Is your email Gmail or yahoo or something else?

If you move the email into your inbox rather than delete it then it should come into your inbox next time.

I had this with my Gmail account. I realised that I had set up a filter which was a bit too keen: it kept on deleting mail from a particular sender even though I had flagged the sender as 'priority', sent the mail to my in box etc, etc.

Deleting my filters sorted it out. (And if you haven't got any filters set up, this probably isn't very helpful!)

So is my vet very unconventional to not want his patients being routinely wormed / flea treated? Lots of locals use him!
