Hi! I have an old (late 2009) MAC, that actually doesn't work too badly half of the time but the other half the cursor jumps around the screen and makes it impossible to use the laptop.

I have loads of photos on there and I used a Seagate drive to back up all the photos. Now the MAC does not read the disk at all! Nor my Windows PC does :-/

What is the best to keep my photo library - do I have to buy another MAC or get an iPad? I'm pissed off with Apple so ideally would like to buy a normal PC - how will I transfer my photos there?
Hope that makes sense... TIA

On your windows machine log into iCloud and all your pictures should be there. If
You have too many for their storage you might have to take out and put more in.
The other way is memory stick transfer.

For the cursor issue have you checked to see the cursor setting. If too high it does dart around. I've had this issue on windows machine

Thank you! Will try that hopefully this evening.

Do you know by any chamce why would a external drive stopped being readable by my laptops?
