Aaaaahh-kids have changed Apple Watch passcode!!!

What can I do?! I definitely didn't do it, I'm assuming they somehow have. It locked for 1 minute, then 5 minutes. What can I do next? It's synced with my brand new iPhone 7-though only since last night.
