Can I use my Hong Kong smart tv in here?

Hi! Myself and my family have just been relocated to UK. We have a Samsung smart tv which we bought only a few months ago.

When we moved into our new home, my DH was very disappointed to find out that the tv doesn't work (it can't pick up any channels). We thought if the tv worked in HK (PAL system) it should work here right?????

If not, how can we make it work?

Any tips would be appreciated. Cheers!

I agree with changing the location.

We moved to Oz, and did this, and when we moved back to the Uk we put it back.

Had a look there this afternoon. Managed to change the location using a slightly different method (as remote control is different to the that mentioned on the website), it is now working. Woohooo!
