Does anyone have a recovery disc for a packard bell 2002 with windows?

my pc is old and on its last legs and now it has a virus...well a few actually.

i need to do a full recovery but i dont have the recovery disc and dont know where to find one. PC world dont have them as my pc is too old and i have emailed PB and they have still not answered almost a wekk later.

Its a packard bell, from 2002. it had windows xp. i have teh software for microsoft works suite.

If anyone has one that they could copy for me (i would pay of course) i would be eternally gratefull

im not sure exactly what it is you want but i can make you a copy of " office " for xp if you like ,it has word etc on it

When you buy a pc you get a recovery disc with it...on mine it was a bright red disc. if you run the disc it basicly removes everythign from the pc and restores it back to the way it was when you took it from the shop.
