Just something that may help. I was fed up with the 1meter long iPhone charger lead, looked everywere but they were all very expensive or broke after a short time. Found a 2 meter long lead in of all places Primark for £3.50. Must admit, I brought several for the family (and myself). So far, so good and works fine.
