ds got a leap pad platinum for Christmas 2015. He hasn't used it a whole lot & it hasnt really been bashed around. It'll charge up fine & when you press the on button, it comes on but there's no picture...the scren is blac........there's only the usual welcome message.......he an go from screen to screen on it cos he knows where he should be pressing....anyone had this happen ?
