Speaking very slowly, as though explaining it to a small child, would someone be able to recommend a VPN that will let me watch Australian TV without loads of buffering and not be too pricy and let me know how to use it via Chromecast?

And are they safe? I have always been a bit fearful of them but I realize I am an old gimmer and probably sound like my late granny who was scared of microwaves.

I think there was one we used called Easy VPN. But we used that in aus to watch U.K. TV. We don't use it anymore as we're travelling but it may help.

I'm using airVPN, so far so good (computers and phone, not router as still want UK Netflix on other devices). Very fast servers. And yes, these days a VPN is a good idea.
