Which iPhone? And has anyone bought a used model with no probs?

DS (17) has always had my old iPhones with a cheap SIM only contract. Now that dd is also a teenager she has stepped in line and inherited my 'old' phone on my last upgrade. However, ds's has chosen this time to die (it is 4 years old).

I'd like to get him a decent iPhone but no way is he getting the 7.

Is the SE any good??

Both DD1 and I bought 32gb 5C's from this seller, they cost around £125 and have been brilliant. As I had a small budget the extra memory was more important than later model. The seller was great, phones were A1 condition and arrived in less than 24hrs with free postage. I think they do have newer models too.
