Hello,

I have a new laptop, Flash is installed but seems to be disabled, as I can't view videos on Facebook or newspaper websites, and I don't know how to fix it. Any ideas?

It's a Dell, Windows and I'm using Internet Explorer.

Thanks

Sorry, I'll add that it's Microsoft Edge in Windows 10. In settings Flash is switched on but no joy Confused

Have you got Adobe Flash installed? Edge has an internal flash player so you don't need it and they may be interacting. Try removing Adobe Flash if its installed, restart and try again.

Hello, thanks for your reply

Blush

I went back in, using edge icon instead of explorer ( icons look the same to me) and it was working!

At least I know a bit more about Flash now!
