How do I delete my playlists on iPhone and start again

My iPhone music is all jumbled up and I want to start again. How do I manage it all?!? Where do I start??!

You need to hook your iPhone up to your PC and sync it with iTunes. That's the easiest way to manage, delete, create new lists. That's assuming you started out there in the first place.

I've synced but having trouble deleting for some reason.

Some tunes I've bought directly from phone too.
