Which is the best mobile network provider for customer service?

I've been with Virgin Mobile for years but am fed up with them. I've had a recurring problem with my Blackberry and getting through to customer services and then dealing with them is so time-consuming and frustrating. Time to move on. Can anyone recommend their provider from customer service point of view?

I've been very happy with Tesco. They use o2, you can cap your contracts, and easy to get through to a human or call into the store.

I'm also very happy with Tesco and have been happy with their customer services.

Thanks! I had actually decided on Tesco before any replies came so I'm reassured by that! My new phone arrived very quickly and so far their customer service has been really good
