Sharing an old tape recording, does anyone know how please?

I have a voice recording, made in the 80s and would like to share it on a Facebook group I'm part of.

Does anyone know how I might be able to do this?

Play it video with phone the recording and share it?

Can't you just record it with your phone and then share that on fb? (Is it a tape?)

I've done it as a voice memo but you can only share those via Messenger or WhatsApp. You can't post them.
I could video it using phone then share it, which would work but I was hoping to add photographs later which may be a step too far.

If the audio file is MP3 then just click on the more keyword on the same line where it says Add Video.

This will give you an add file option - just use that.

I think i need to start again as i recorded them using the Voice Memo App on my iPhone and i have no idea of the format.
I will have to wait until the house is quiet though, hmmm!
