Annoying icon

What is this irritating this has on iPhone? Can move it around screen but can't get rid of the bloody thing!!

Help?!?

I have no idea what this is since I'm using Android. But took a little research on the web and found out this thing is called Assistive Touch. You can turn that off in Settings >> General >> Accessibility >> AssistiveTouch
