Cancelling free Windows 10 Upgrade

Hi, I have a Windows 10 free upgrade scheduled to take place next Thursday. I want to cancel it now, after hearing some negative reports. The problem is: 1) I have forgotten what time the upgrade is scheduled to take place and 2) I have no idea how to cancel it!.

Can anyone advise me on this please?

Should be a wee windows icon which you can click on to view scheduled time or to cancel upgrade
