App to limit screen time

Just taken dd's phone away and sent them for a "walk"
her cousin is over and they have pretty much been sat on their phones since yesterday lunchtime

is there an app which sets screen time / sets alert ?

This app called Moment tots up how long you're on the phone for in a day but it's more for self awareness, I'm not sure if you can turn off a phone if the owner isn't up for it.
There's another called our pact, I have had that one. I can shut down the iPad from my phone and you need to reinstate it from my phone so I have conplete control.

that might do as a first step. if she is on it for longer than x we take it away...

I asked the same Q a few days ago and was sent in the direction of an app called Screen Time. Havn't looked into it yet though.
