Wifi router for thick walls

I need a router which gives a strong enough signal to get through thick walls - my current plusnet one doesn't. It needs to work with BT fibre and be easy to configure - plug & play preferably.

Don't want powerline adaptors or Cat 5 thanks.

We don't game but we do stream iplayer.

Any recommendations please?

Buy wifi extenders, they work well. I use THESE ONES. They are a doddle to set up.

I contacted Plusnet and they are sending me a new router, free of charge

That's good news. Free is good!
