Mobile phone O2 playing me up constantly! Help needed.

My Nokia is with 02 and we have poor signal here where I live.
I am coping with that but there are two people who cannot text me because 02 blocks their calls constantly. One is my daughter who is with EE and the other is my friend who is with a different provider (not sure but will ask her tonight when I see her face to face)
Any ideas why this happens?
I am ready to chuck the phone out and go with another provider.

Have you double checked that you haven't accidentally added their numbers to your text block list? My dh had done this with his mates number, he had to either call him or text me. Finally figured out he had somehow added his number to the text block list

I went to Carphone Warehouse this afternoon and asked them. They said it was FOUR numbers that I had put on the Screening List so those four numbers could never get through to me.
I don't even know where the screening list is but the guy has fixed it for me so let's hope that will be the end of it.

Ah fab news! My dh had no idea how he did it on his phone either
