Help me stop my screen magnifying or I will shoot someone!!

I have windows 10. Quite often, I will touch the mouse or keyboard wrong and accidentally somehow make the screen get magnified.

I tried turning this off on the mousepad control settings but nothing happens.

PLEASE HELP IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!

Ease of Access
Magnifier should be on the left column, second one down
click
turn off

If you can't find it search for magnifier
