iPad keyboard

I've somehow split the keyboard on my iPad and made it go tiny.
How do I fix it, PLEASE?

I've just made it worse! It's whole again but across the middle of the page instead of the bottom, now what do I do?

Googling suggests hold the keyboard button on the keyboard and then move it to where you want.

When I press the keyboard key it come up with 2 options dock and split but nothing happens whe I press them and it doesn't let me move it - I don't like it!!

I've done this before. Try something like settings/general/keyboard...
